Task Tacklers Group is for adolescents experiencing difficulties with attention, concentration, and organizational challenges.
What is the Task Tacklers Group?
Task Tacklers is a skills-based group for teens who struggle with attention, organization, motivation, or follow-through. This group is open to teens with or without an official ADHD diagnosis. Over the course of 12-weeks, teens will use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to better understand how their brains work and build strategies to get things done. Each week, teens will learn practical skills for planning, managing distractions, and tackling tasks that feel overwhelming. The group also offers a supportive space to share experiences, problem-solve together, and celebrate small wins.
This group combines structure, empathy, and evidence-based strategies to help teens feel more confident and capable in their daily lives.
Is the Task Tacklers Group Right For Me?
This group is designed for teens who:
- Struggle with attention, organization, procrastination, or motivation
- Want to improve follow-through on schoolwork, chores, or personal goals
- Benefit from learning practical tools in a small, supportive group setting
- May or may not have a formal ADHD diagnosis
If you’re unsure whether the group is a good fit, we’ll schedule a free phone screening with both the caregiver and teen to help determine eligibility.
